My journey

I built the world's largest cycling brand database from scratch — 15,000 stores, zero budget, pure systems thinking — while training for a 1,500km raid across multiple countries.

The constraint was the feature

No venture story, no borrowed audience — just a spreadsheet that had to become a product. That forces clarity: what must be true for a row to count, how enrichment scales, and where humans still beat automation. The same mindset shows up in ultra-distance riding: you do not win on motivation; you win on fueling, sleep debt, and knowing when to push.

Building in public

The database grew where people could see the seams — because credibility comes from the work, not from a polished deck. If you are reading this as a builder, the lesson is not “copy the niche”; it is that compound systems beat heroic weeks when the timeline is years.

I've always believed that challenges define us. That's why the next chapter of my journey is built around values, life quests, and a mission that turns effort into useful impact.
